The pandemic has turned our world upside down. With the increase of individuals working from home and the added stress of living through a pandemic, mental health has been put into the spotlight.

Having worked in the consulting industry for 7 years I understand from direct experience the stressors a demanding workplace can place on an individual. I offer tailored workplace wellness classes or programs depending on the need. These might include yoga/movement and meditation classes, focused on alleviating body pain for desk workers, restoring the health of our nervous systems and/or supporting our mental and emotional resilience and mental health.
